NTPC commissions commercial production at Unit 3 of Nabinagar Power project

Based on achievement of approved norms and due approvals, Unit-3 of 660 MW capacity of Nabinagar Power Generating Company Limited (a wholly owned Subsidiary Company of NTPC Limited) has successfully completed trial operation and consequently included in the installed capacity of NTPC Group.

With this, the total installed capacity of Nabinagar Power Generating Company Limited and NTPC group has become 1980 MW and 68567.18 MW respectively.

Shares of NTPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 131.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 133.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1381317 in over 8197 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 134.85 and intraday low of 131.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 181848638.00.
