Shriram City Union Finance Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 27

The Board of Directors of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd at their meeting held today among other items have declared 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 27/- (i.e. 270%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-2022 to those members whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company as on March 17, 2022, being the record date for payment of 2nd interim dividend subject to deduction of tax at source, if any, to the eligible shareholders.

The 2nd interim dividend shall be paid/despatched on or before March 25, 2022. The is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-2022 declared by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 27, 2021 and paid to eligible shareholders on November 24, 2021.

Shares of Shriram City Union Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1443.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1526.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2542 in over 632 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1499.30 and intraday low of 1431.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3688045.00.
