Tarc Ltd to consider fund raising on March 10, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tarc Ltd is scheduled on 10/03/2022, to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, the terms of the issue and other related issues and to consider conducting an Extra- Ordinary General Meeting to seek approval of the shareholders in respect of the aforesaid proposal and related matters.
