Kilburn Engineering to allot 44,02,826 shares, 44,11,764 warrants

The 'Share Allotment Committee' of Kilburn Engineering Ltd have at their meeting held on 7th March, 2022 agreed to allot 44,02,826 (Forty Four Lakhs Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Six only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten) each of the Company at premium of Rs. 24/- (Rupees Twenty Four only) per share, along with 44,11,764 convertible warrants Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten) each of the Company at premium of Rs. 24/- (Rupees Twenty Four only) per warrant, fully convertible into equity shares (pursuant to approval accorded by the Board of Directors and members).
