Danlaw Technologies India Ltd to sell stake in Danlaw Technologies Inc

The Board of Directors of Danlaw Technologies India Ltd at its meeting held on 07th March, 2022, has considered and approved the proposal for sale of the 100% shares held by the Company in the Danlaw Technologies Inc(DTI), an overseas wholly owned subsidiary because DTI has not been consistently running its business operations and investment has become idle.

Shares of DANLAW TECHNOLOGIES INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 199.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 197.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2308 in over 50 trades.
