Hatsun Agro Product to sell RTE business and its brand Oyalo

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Hatsun Agro Product Limited will be held on Wednesday, the 09th March, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company at "Domaine, Door No.1/20A, Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Karapakkam, Chennai - 600 097" to consider and approve the proposal for the Sale of Assets of the RTE (Ready to Eat) business and its brand "Oyalo" to the prospective buyer at a Price mutually agreeable to the Company and the buyer and decide the modalities of agreement to be entered in to and treatment of Sale transaction.

Shares of Hatsun Agro Product Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1085.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1081.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1578 in over 311 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1116.70 and intraday low of 1071.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1727957.00.
