Calcom Vision Ltd approves allotment of 6,84,930 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Calcom Vision Ltd, through Resolution by Circulation dated March 04, 2022, has, considered and approved the allotment of 6,84,930 Equity Shares to the persons belonging to Promoter & Promoter Group, for conversion of loan, at an issue price of Rs. 73/- per Equity Share by way of preferential allotment.

Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 12,67,10,720/- comprising of 1,26,71,072 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of CALCOM VISION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 121.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 121.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3062 in over 96 trades.
