SJVN achieves financial closure for two power projects

SJVN Limited has achieved financial closure for 210 MW Luhri-1 Hydro Electric Project (Luhri HEP), Himachal Pradesh and 75 MW Parasaran Solar Power Project in Uttar Pradesh.

As per the Loan Agreement, State Bank of India will provide Rs.1537 crores at an effective interest rate of 6.90% per annum and Punjab National Bank, Dubai will provide Rs.319.04 crores for Luhri HEP and Parasaran Projects respectively.

Shares of SJVN Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 28.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 261832 in over 870 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.35 and intraday low of 28.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7617265.00.
