Pursuant to recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Prism Johnson Ltd have today appointed Mr. Akshay Rajan Raheja (DIN: 00288397) as Additional Director of the Company in the category of Non-executive Non-independent Director with effect from March 5, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company by Postal Ballot.
