Jubilant FoodWorks updates on merger

Fides Food Systems Coöperatief U.A., step down subsidiary of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited in Netherlands has been merged with its holding company, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("JFN") effective March 2, 2022. Consequent to the merger, the Company through JFN now holds 60,072,476 ordinary shares in DP Eurasia N.V. representing 41.32% of its issued share capital.

The merger of Fides into JFN shall result in consolidation of the entire shareholding of DP Eurasia N.V. into JFN and simplification of the corporate structure.

Shares of Jubilant Foodworks Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2857.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2910.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33933 in over 7449 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2903.45 and intraday low of 2836.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 97438032.00.
