Zuari Global Ltd inducts Mr. Sushil Kumar Roongta as additional director

Based on the recommendation of the NRC Committee, the Board of Zuari Global Ltd vide its circular resolution dtd 2nd March, 2022 and approved by all the directors unanimously on 03rd March 2022, has inducted Mr. Sushil Kumar Roongta (DIN - 00309302) as an Additional director in independent capacity (Independent Non-executive Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of five (5) years w.e.f. 15th March 2022, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
