Easy Trip Planners Ltd allots 108,645,000 bonus equity shares

The Board of Directors of Easy Trip Planners Ltd on March 03, 2022 has approved the allotment of 108,645,000 equity shares of face value of 2/- each as fully-paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of One (1) equity share of 2/- each for every One (1) existing equity share of 2/- each, to the Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members/List of beneficial owners as on March 02, 2022, being the record date fixed for that purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 217,290,000/-compromising 108,645,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 434,580,000/- compromising 217,290,000/- equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The company will make necessary arrangements to credit the bonus shares/dispatch the share certificate, as applicable, on or before March 12, 2022.

Shares of Easy Trip Planners Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 291.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 288.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 212210 in over 3420 trades.
