Virinchi Ltd fixes March 22, 2022 as record date for bonus issue

Virinchi Ltd has decided to set Tuesday, March 22, 2022, as the Record Date to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to the issuance of Bonus Shares. The proposed equity bonus will be issued in the ratio of 1:1 ( One equity share for every one equity share held by the Members), as recommended by the Company's Board of Directors in its meeting held on 4th February, 2022, subject to members approval.

The resolution for Bonus Issue has been sent to all the Members for their approval through the Postal Ballot Notice dated 4th February, 2022.

Shares of Virinchi Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 111.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 285329 in over 720 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 113.80 and intraday low of 107.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30768361.00.
