Indrayani Biotech board to consider preferential issue on March 21, 2022

A meeting of Board of Directors of Indrayani Biotech Limited is scheduled to be held on 21st March, 2022 at 3.00pm at the registered office of the Company to consider and approve the increase of authorized share capital of the company with the approval of the shareholders in the coming EGM.

The board will consider and approve to raise upto Rs. 28,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Eight Crores only) through Preferential allotment of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares and Share Warrants with the approval of the shareholders in the coming EGM.

The board will fix the date, venue, and mode of conducting the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.

The board will consider and approve draft notice of the general meeting along with the explanatory statement for the purpose of passing the special resolution.

The board will consider and approve the appointment of scrutinizer for e-voting of resolutions passed at EGM and any other business with the permission of the chair.
