Shri Dinesh Thapar (DIN: 05288401), Non-executive, Non-independent Director of Just Dial Limited, has demitted his office as a Director of the Company effective from the close of business hours on February 28, 2022, due to other professional commitments.

Shri Dinesh Thapar has confirmed that there is no other reason for demitting his office as Director of the Company.
