Rainbow Foundations Ltd board to finalize rights issue terms on March 7, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Rainbow Foundations Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, 7 March, 2022 at No.4, Thanikachalam Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600017 to consider and approve the Final Letter of offer for the Rights Issue, Fixing the Record date for the Rights issue and Finalizing the Issue Opening and Closing dates.

The board will also consider incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
