India Ratings & Research Limited updates on ratings of IOB

Credit Rating Agency, M/s. India Ratings & Research Limited has assigned its rating as 'Ind AA- / Stable' for the proposed issue of Rs.800 crore Tier II Bonds (under Basel III) and reaffirmed the rating as 'Ind AA- / Stable' for Basel III Tier II Bonds of Rs. 500 crore.

Shares of Indian Overseas Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 755927 in over 1981 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 17.90 and intraday low of 17.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13351544.00.
