Infibeam Avenues Ltd allots 61,11,111 shares on preferential basis

The Securities Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Infibeam Avenues Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. March 01, 2022 has approved the allotment of 61,11,111 (Sixty-One Lakh Eleven Thousand One Hundred Eleven) Equity Shares of Face Value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up, on a preferential Basis to Season Two Ventures Fund I LP, at an issue price of Rs. 45 /- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 44/- per Equity Share), aggregating to not exceeding Rs. 27,50,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Crores Fifty Lakhs Only) for consideration other than cash.

With the allotment of the above shares, the Equity Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 1,33,20,44,120 Equity Shares of Face Value of Re. 1/- each to 1,33,81,55,231 Equity Shares ofFace Value of Re. 1/- each.

The said Equity Shares shall be listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange oflndia Limited.

Shares of Infibeam Avenues Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 39.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 266892 in over 946 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39.35 and intraday low of 37.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10257048.00.
