Shri Atul Sahai resigns from board of GIC Housing Finance Ltd

Shri Atul Sahai (DIN no. 07542308) Non-Executive Director (Non-Independent) of GIC Housing Finance Ltd vide his letter dated 28th February, 2022 has resigned from the Board with effect from close of business hours of 28th February, 2022 due to his superannuation as CMD of The New India Assurance Company Limited and there is no other material reason for his resignation.
