HKG Ltd allots 1,75,00,000 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of HKG Ltd has allotted 1,75,00,000 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 2/- (Two) each as Fully-Paid up Bonus shares in the ratio of One (1) equity share for every two (2) existing equity shares existing fully paid -up equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Two) to all the eligible members of the Company, whose name appear in the Register of members/list of beneficiary owners as on 26th February, 2022 (being the record date fixed for this purpose).

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 10,50,00,000 consisting of 5,25,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Two).
