Zomato forms Zomato Financial Services Ltd for NBFC foray

Zomato Limited has incorporated Zomato Financial Services Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company as Non-Banking Finance Company on February 25, 2022.

Shares of Zomato Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 78.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1472496 in over 10496 trades.
