Hinduja Global Solutions allots 2,08,97,566 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited ('HGSL' or 'the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. February 25, 2022 has allotted 2,08,97,566 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of One (1) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every One (1) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on February 23, 2022, i.e. Record Date fixed for this purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased FROM Rs.20,89,75,660/- divided into 2,08,97,566 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- to Rs. 41,79,51,320/- divided into 4,17,95,132 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1234.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1208.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9791 in over 1101 trades.
