CRISIL withdraws rating of NCDs issued by AGS Transact Technologies Ltd

CRISIL Ratings Limited has withdrawn the credit rating of CRISIL A+ / Stable issued by it for the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 550 Crores issued by AGS Transact Technologies Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company") since the said NCDs have been fully redeemed by the Company.

Shares of AGS Transact Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 105.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 104.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55918 in over 1255 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 108.40 and intraday low of 104.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5981434.00.
