Sanofi India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 181, special dividend of Rs. 309

The Board of Directors of Sanofi India Ltd at their meeting held today considered and approved the recommendation for payment of a final dividend of Rs.181 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st December 2021 and a special dividend of Rs. 309 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the year ended 31st December 2021, after considering the slump sale and transfer of Company's nutraceuticals business during the year and reviewing the cash requirements for the Company's operations.

Shares of Sanofi India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7277.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7136.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 728 in over 338 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7302.00 and intraday low of 7172.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5265238.00.
