Shivansh Finserve to invest in Slopho Infotech Pvt Ltd

The board of directors of Shivansh Finserve Ltd at its meeting held today at the registered office of the company at 11:00 AM have considered and approved to make an investment in the equity shares of the Slopho Infotech Pvt Ltd of by way of acquisition 9,95,000/- equity shares of the company of Rs 10/- each.

The board approved the above-mentioned business under Section 179 of the companies Act, 2013 and took note that Slopho Infotech Pvt Ltd will be wholly owned subsidiary company of the Shivansh Finserve Limited.

Shares of Shivansh Finserve Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6.44 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.77. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1044 in over 24 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6.44 and intraday low of 6.44. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6723.00.
