PNC Infratech bags 3 New Hybrid Annuity Highway Projects for an aggregate value of Rs. 4384 Crore

PNC Infratech Limited has been declared the L1 (lowest) bidder in the following Three (3) new Hybrid Annuity Modelled National Highway Projects of NHAI for an aggregate Bid Project Cost of Rs. 4384.0 crore.

- Construction of Six lane upgradable to Eight lane of Package I of Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana (length: 17.15 km) - Rs. 1413 crores - 30 months

- Construction of Six lane upgradable to Eight lane of Package II of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana (length: 45.24 km) - Rs. 1513 crores - 30 months

- Four laning of Sonauli - Gorakhpur section of NH-29E on Hybrid Annuity Mode in Uttar Pradesh (length: 79.54 km) - Rs. 1458 crores - 24 months

Price bids of these projects have been opened on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, with PNC’s bids being lowest (L1). The projects to be operated for 15 years post completion of construction.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 245.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 262.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 68819 in over 3339 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 257.50 and intraday low of 242.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17098840.00.
