Adani Enterprises divests stake in subsidiaries to AdaniConnex Pvt Ltd

Adani Enterprises Limited has divested its 100% stake in DC Development Hyderabad Private Limited ("DCDHPL") and Naida Data Center Limited ("NDCL"), Wholly Owned Subsidiary ("WoS") Companies on 22nd February, 2022 to AdaniConnex Private Limited (50% Joint Venture Company of AEL with EdgeConneX Europe B.V.) Consequently, DCDHPL and NDCL have ceased as WoS of the Company.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1668.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1684.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72642 in over 4836 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1678.50 and intraday low of 1630.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 120266569.00.
