Affle India subsidiary completes acquisition of Appnext

Affle (India) Limited has announced that it has received intimation from the wholly owned subsidiary Company, Affle International Pte. Ltd that all closing conditions with regard to acquisition of 28.33% shares of Appnext Pte. Ltd. have been completed.
