Deepak Spinners Ltd announces resignation of Ms. Jyotsna Mital as independent director

Ms. Jyotsna Mital, Independent Director of Deepak Spinners Ltd has vide her letter dated 16th February 2022 resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from the same date.

Ms. Jyotsna Mital has confirmed that there is no other reason for her resignation other than as provided in the letter.
