Data Infrastructure Trust announces 1:88 rights issue

The Data InvIT Committee of the Board of Directors of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited, acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to the Trust, has today (i.e., on February 15, 2022) considered and approved the rights entitlement ratio (i.e., 1 (one) unit for every 88 (eighty-eight) units held by the eligible unitholders on the record date in connection with the Rights Issue).

As the trading lot size comprises 200,000 units in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, for the Trust, minimum application in the Rights Issue by any investor shall be for 200,000 units. The minimum allotment to any investor shall not be less than Rs. 20 million.
