Kush Industries Ltd has executed a Sale Deed on February 14,2022, effecting the sale of the Company's land & building situated at Plot No. 330 - A, GlDC, Opp. Atul Products Ltd, Ankleshwar, Dist: Bharuch, Gujarat - 393002, for a consideration of Rs. 2,75,00,000/- (Rupees Two crores Seventy Five lakh only) on the terms and conditions mentioned therein.
