Hinduja Global Solutions fixes Feb 23, 2022 as record date for bonus, dividend

The Board of Directors of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd have declared fourth interim dividend of Rs.28 per share (280%) for the Financial Year 2021-22 and fixed February 23, 2022 as the 'Record Date' for payment of this interim dividend. The dividend of Rs. 28 per share shall be paid to the eligible Shareholders of the Company on pre-bonus shareholding and the same would be paid on or before March 10, 2022.

Further, the Board has also fixed February 23, 2022 as the "Record Date", for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2469.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2587.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10460 in over 2308 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2568.00 and intraday low of 2403.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25904158.00.
