ONGC declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of Directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd have declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs.1.75 per equity share of face value of Rs.5/- each i.e. 35%, for the Financial year 2021-2022. Further, as informed vide letter dated 08.02.2022, Tuesday, the 22nd February,2022 is the Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend. The dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 12.03.2022.
