NHPC declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.31

The Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held on Friday, February 11, 2022 has declared the payment of interim dividend at the rate of 13.10% (Rs. 1.31 per equity share) on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

The Board has fixed 23.02.2022 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The interim dividend shall be paid/dispatched within the period as stipulated in the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of NHPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 300041 in over 2206 trades.
