MOIL Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of MOIL Limited in their meeting held on Feb 11, 2022 has declared interim dividend Rs.3 per equity share of face value Rs.10 each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2022.

The Record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is 26.02.2022. The date of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22 shall be 11.03.2022.
