OIL India declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 5.75

The board of directors of OIL India Ltd has declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.75/- per share (57.5 % of paid-up capital) for the financial year 2021-22. The Second Interim Dividend declared shall be paid on or before 13th March, 2022.

The board has decided Wednesday, 23rd February, 2022 as the Record Date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Second Interim Dividend 2021-22.

Shares of Oil India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 229.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 230.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 80178 in over 1973 trades.
