Akzo Nobel India recommends interim dividend of Rs. 40

The Board of Directors of Akzo Nobel India Limited, at its meeting held today, has considered and recommended interim dividend of Rs 40/- (Rupees forty only) per equity share for the financial year 2021-22. This dividend shall be payable within 30 days from today.

The board has fixed Friday, 18 February, 2022 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22. A member, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the close of business hours of Friday, 18 February, 2022, shall be entitled for this dividend.

Shares of Akzo Nobel India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1886.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1886.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1923 in over 448 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1929.00 and intraday low of 1871.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3665133.00.
