Cummins India Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Cummins India Ltd at its meeting held on February 10, 2022, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity shares on 277,200,000 equity shares (Face Value Rs. 2/- each) for the Financial Year 2021-22. The Dividend warrants for the said interim dividend will be dispatched by March 07, 2022 and the dividend will be paid on March 09, 2022.
