ESAB India Board declares Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 18

The Board of Directors of ESAB India Ltd at its meeting held on February 10, 2022, has declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs.18/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (180%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2022 resulting in an outflow of Rs. 27,70,74,360/- (subject to deduction of tax at source where applicable). The said Second Interim Dividend declared by the Board of Directors would be paid to the equity shareholders on or before March 11, 2022.
