Cochin Shipyard Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Cochin Shipyard Ltd at their meeting held on February 10, 2022 has declared 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each fully paidup (70%) for the financial year 2021-22 and fixed Tuesday, February 22, 2022 as the Record Date for the aforesaid interim dividend.
