Manali Petrochemical Ltd to set up new unit in Germany

The Board of directors of Manali Petrochemical Ltd at its meeting held on 10-02-2022 has approved a proposal for setting up a new unit in Germany by AMCHEM Speciality Chemicals Limited, Singapore, as part of its future plans for Notedome Limited, UK, the Step Down Subsidiary.

Shares of Manali Petrochemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 114.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 112.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55679 in over 1196 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.75 and intraday low of 112.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6391022.00.
