Carborundum Universal declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of directors of Carborundum Universal Limited at its meeting has declared an interim dividend of 150% i.e., Rs.1.50/- (One Rupee Fifty Paisa only) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-) for the year ending 31st March 2022.

The Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive the aforesaid interim dividend is Tuesday, 22nd February, 2022.

Shares of Carborundum Universal Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 858.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 872.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15882 in over 2199 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 871.80 and intraday low of 842.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13574239.00.
