Computer Age Management Services Ltd declares Inteirm Dividend of Rs. 10.75

The Board of Directors of Computer Age Management Services Ltd at its meeting held on February 10, 2022, has approved the payment of an interim Dividend of Rs. 10.75 per equity share.

The above Dividend will be paid to those shareholders as on 18 February 2022 which has been fixed as the "Record Date" for determining the members eligible to receive dividend. The expected date of disbursement of the dividend will be on or before February 25, 2022.

Shares of Computer Age Management Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2660.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2709.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19438 in over 4907 trades.
