Aurobindo Pharma Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd at its meeting held today, February 9, 2022, has considered and approved a Third Interim Dividend @ 150% i.e. Rs.1.50 (Rupee one and paise fifty) per equity share of Re.1/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Company has fixed February 21, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Third Interim Dividend and the same will be paid on or before March 4, 2022.

Shares of Aurobindo Pharma Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 655.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 650.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41108 in over 1664 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 666.00 and intraday low of 651.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27019749.00.
