ACC recommends dividend of Rs. 58 for CY2021

The Board of Directors (the 'Board') of ACC Limited ('Company') at its meeting held on Wednesday, February 09, 2022, considered and has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 58/- (Rupees Fifty Eight only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (fully paid-up) for the financial year ended December 31, 2021 and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM will be paid on or after April 27, 2022.

Shares of ACC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2310.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2304.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16232 in over 1754 trades.
