IRB InvIT Fund declares 3rd distribution of Rs. 2.40 for FY22

The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund ("the Trust") at its meeting held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 has declared 3rd distribution of Rs. 2.40/- per Unit, for the financial year 2021-22. The distribution will be paid as Rs. 1.20/- per unit as Interest and Rs. 1.20/- per unit as Return of Capital, subject to applicable taxes, if any.

February 12, 2022 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of this Distribution and it will be paid / dispatched to the eligible Unitholders on or before February 21, 2022.

Shares of IRB InvIT Fund was last trading in BSE at Rs. 57.83 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 58.01. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20049 in over 123 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 58.19 and intraday low of 57.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1160954.00.
