IRCTC declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) at its meeting held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per share on Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2021-22 (i.e @100% of the paid-up share capital amounting to Rs. 160 cr.).

The board has fixed Friday, February 18,2022 as record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend of the Financial Year 2021-22.
