Renaissance Global Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of Renaissance Global Ltd at its meeting held on February 07, 2022, has declared an interim dividend @ 55% (i.e. 5.50 per Equity Share of 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2021-22. The aforesaid interim dividend will be paid on or before March 08, 2022 by the Company.
