Castrol India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Castrol India Ltd at its meeting held on February 07, 2022, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of INR 3/- per equity share of INR 5/- each for the financial year ended December 31, 2021. The said final dividend if approved by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or before July 07, 2022.

Shares of Castrol India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 124.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 81149 in over 1913 trades.
