JM Financial Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of JM Financial Ltd, at its meeting held on Feb 7, 2022, has declared an interim dividend of Re. 0.50 per share for the financial year 2021-22.

The said interim dividend, will be paid to the Members of the Company on or before March 7, 2022 whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on February 18, 2022.

Shares of JM Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 73.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 85158 in over 707 trades.
